Christian
Executive Director

Natasha brings over 15 years of experience in senior living and is deeply committed to enhancing the lives of older adults each day. She holds a bachelor's degree in health services management, a master's in human resource management, and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. In her personal time, she enjoys producing musicals and theatrical productions, drawing from her experience with touring shows across Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Luxembourg, Austria, and her favorite—Portugal. Her love for Portugal stems from its welcoming people, beautiful scenery, rich cuisine, and vibrant culture. Natasha is known for uniting individuals from diverse backgrounds to achieve shared goals, and she believes wholeheartedly that everyone deserves to age with dignity, compassion, and connection.

Tonia
Lee, LPN, ADNP
Director of Nursing

Tonia Lee is a licensed practical nurse with over 20 years of experience in clinical care, nursing leadership, and healthcare administration. She is currently serving as the Director of Nursing at Hermitage Deep Run and has been with Pinnacle Living for 5 years. Tonia is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, coordinating patient care services, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. She has a strong background in Geriatric nursing, skilled nursing, Dementia and Alzheimer’s training, long-term care, rehabilitation, and acute care. Tonia is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through compassionate care, staff development, and evidence-based practice. She is known for fostering collaborative teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. Tonia holds certifications as an Alzheimer’s and Dementia Practioner, CPR/BLS, and wound care. She is passionate about mentoring nursing staff and creating a positive, patient-centered care environment.

Laura
Gadsby
Business Office Manager

Laura has served in this role through the various ownership changes for over 13 years! She handles all the residents’ accounts, payroll, accounting functions as well as Human Resources. Laura and her husband have been married for 42 years and have two grown daughters who are also local to Richmond. Since her father passed away from complications from dementia in 2008, she loves helping the residents and their families in any capacity that she can. On her time off Laura enjoys walking, knitting and doing puzzles.

Jeffrey
Leonard
Director of Dining Services

Jeff has been in the food service industry for over 40 years. He went to Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island and got his bachelor’s in culinary art & hotel Management. He has been a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation for many years. In addition, he has a teaching license from the University of Pittsburgh. Jeff has worked across the U.S. in hotels, country clubs, cruise ships and universities, in addition to serving 6 presidents and 2 vice presidents! More recently, Jeff has found his niche in retirement communities for the last 16 years. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys riding his motorcycle and playing golf.

Mullen
Director of Pathways to Wellness

Lisa is an Activity Director Certified (ADC) by the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals and a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners with nearly twenty years of experience. She is passionate about connecting residents with joyful and fulfilling experiences and feels enormous pride and humility in her work with residents, families, team members and the greater community. Lisa is the daughter of a United Methodist minister and feels a special connection to the mission and values of Pinnacle Living. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, cum laude, from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has two adult daughters and enjoys her husband’s good cooking, jigsaw puzzles, reading and yardwork.

Powers
Manager Recreational Therapy of Memory Care

Andrew is a Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist (CTRS). He attended Virginia Wesleyan University where he was a track and cross-country captain. Andrew is in charge of designing and implementing engagement and other programs for our Memory Support cottage. Since joining the Deep Run team in February, Andrew has enjoyed getting to know the residents, families and team members. During off hours, Andrew enjoys personal fitness, cooking and being outdoors.

Marketing Director

Allison Hughes has over twenty-five years of experience in health care. With a background in skilled nursing and assisted living, Allison brings a wealth of knowledge to her families that she interacts with daily. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Allison has called Richmond her home for the past 30 years. Leading in the capacity of Sales and Marketing Director, Allison uses a heartfelt hands-on approach to deliver the best information and follow thru for all that she encounters. Not ever known for taking vacation or days off, in her spare time she does enjoy watching classic television programs, reading books or spending time with family and friends.
